People should enrol early, but they won't have to do special votes if not enrolled by Friday.
AFAIK If you enrol up until the day nominations close, you will be included in the printed rolls used on E-Day.

I think the enrolments centre wants to be prepared for an early election as well...

Still - it's essential that people have every opportunity to participate in the elections.

The underlying point is that someone is going to be elected, and you might as well exert what influence you can over the outcome 9and then bitch about it regardless)
