Keith Locke's Head of State (Referenda) Bill hasn't been drawn from the ballot yet - but its supporters are preparing just in case. They now have a website here with information on our current constitutional system and why we might want to change it. It's well worth a look.
The only question is why I'm hearing about this via OzPolitics, rather than a local source.
