In Iraq, terrorists target members of the opposing religious or political faction. In the US, its done by crazed religious fanatics who bomb abortion clincs. In the UK, they target traffic wardens.
(Yes, I know the UK has had serious incidents of domestic terrorism which have killed hundreds of people. But that said, don't you still find it just a little bit funny - and very British?).
