A sense of shame?

Fred Goodwin is a banker. As head of the Royal Bank of Scotland, he drove the company into the ground, forced a government bailout, and rewarded himself with an enormous, gold-plated pension package for his failure. And now, he's taken out a "superinjunction" against the UK media preventing them from identifying him as a banker.

It's almost as if he's... ashamed.
